Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business email, company and any details submitted through our forms or booking links. When you visit the site we also receive standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through server logs and the analytics described below, and, for some visitors, the identity details described under Analytics and cookies.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses three privacy-focused, cookieless measurement tools: Vercel Web Analytics, Databuddy and Metricool's web tracker. Together they report aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country, page performance and script errors. None of these tools uses cookies, identifies individual visitors to us, or follows you across other websites. Separately, our pages carry the Google Ads tag, which we use to measure whether a visit that started from one of our Google Ads leads to a form submission or a booking. That tag sets cookies in your browser and shares the visit with Google under Google's privacy policy. You can block or clear those cookies in your browser at any time without affecting the site. Apart from the Google Ads tag and the visitor identification service described below, we do not run any other advertising or tracking tags, and we do not sell visitor data. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers when a page loads.

We also use a website visitor identification service from GetLeads. When you visit, a GetLeads script on our pages sends information about your visit, including your IP address, the pages you view, how you use them (such as clicks, scrolling and text you copy), and identifiers held in cookies, to GetLeads and to the identity matching partners it works with, including services at sitelytics.tech and lijit.com. Where they can match a visit to a person, we receive that person's name, job title, seniority, job function, email address and LinkedIn profile, their company's name, website, industry, size and region, and the pages viewed and when. We use this to understand who is interested in our services, and we may contact you or your company about them. No email, call or message is ever sent automatically because of a visit. The service causes cookies to be set in your browser by GetLeads' partners; you can block or clear them at any time without affecting the site. To object, or to ask us to delete any record we hold about your visit, email team@enquirerconsulting.com.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver the materials you request (such as the Reachable Buyer Map), deliver and improve our services, understand which visitors are interested in our services and prioritize our follow-up, run outbound campaigns on behalf of clients under contract, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Our outreach is business-to-business: we contact people in their professional capacity about their company's growth. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and we keep a suppression record so you are not contacted again.

Lawful basis

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process business contact information on the basis of legitimate interests: responding to your inquiry, marketing our services to relevant businesses, and operating our website securely. The Google Ads tag loads on every page of this site, and the visitor identification service described under Analytics and cookies loads on every page except our contact, Reachable Buyer Map and anti-spam policy pages. You can block or clear their cookies in your browser at any time. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time using the contact details below.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. Apart from our website visitor identification service, we share data only with processors that support our operations, under appropriate agreements: website hosting and analytics (Vercel, Databuddy and Metricool), advertising measurement (Google Ads), form delivery (a form relay service that forwards your submission to our mailbox), email and productivity (Google Workspace), meeting scheduling (Cal.com), and a customer relationship management system hosted in the European Union. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where personal information is transferred internationally we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Our website visitor identification service, GetLeads, and its identity matching partners receive visit data as described under Analytics and cookies, and use it under their own terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry and business-contact records for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective business relationship, and suppression records for as long as needed to honor your opt-out. We keep website visitor identification records (name, job title, seniority, job function, email address, LinkedIn profile, company details, pages viewed and visit date) for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, or opt out of further contact, by emailing team@enquirerconsulting.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
