Enquirer Consulting Group ("ECG", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or engage our services, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. ECG is operated by Enquirer Consulting Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17335787).
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business email, company and any details submitted through our forms or booking links. When you visit the site we also receive standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through server logs and the analytics described below.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses two privacy-focused, cookieless measurement tools: Vercel Web Analytics and Databuddy. Together they report aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country, page performance and script errors. Neither tool uses cookies, identifies individual visitors to us, or follows you across other websites. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers when a page loads. We do not currently use tools that identify anonymous visitors or their companies; if that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver the materials you request (such as the Reachable Buyer Map), deliver and improve our services, run outbound campaigns on behalf of clients under contract, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Our outreach is business-to-business: we contact people in their professional capacity about their company's growth. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and we keep a suppression record so you are not contacted again.
Lawful basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process business contact information on the basis of legitimate interests: responding to your inquiry, marketing our services to relevant businesses, and operating our website securely. Where consent is required, we ask for it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time using the contact details below.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors that support our operations, under appropriate agreements: website hosting and analytics (Vercel and Databuddy), form delivery (a form relay service that forwards your submission to our mailbox), email and productivity (Google Workspace), meeting scheduling (Calendly), and a customer relationship management system hosted in the European Union. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where personal information is transferred internationally we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep inquiry and business-contact records for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective business relationship, and suppression records for as long as needed to honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, or opt out of further contact, by emailing team@enquirerconsulting.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
